Welcome to Sudbury MMA's Virtual Fitness Program
Sudbury MMA's ONLINE FITNESS program is completely virtual!! We offer morning classes 3 days a week, where you can workout from the comfort of your own home with an instructor who leads you through a variety of exercises. We have our morning classes at 7am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Classes are typically 30 - 35 minutes long. Its the perfect start to your day! Not only can you follow along during our virtual classes from the comfort of your own home three days a week, but you will also have access to our training videos (under the classes section page). These are prerecorded classes you can play and follow along with anytime you feel like getting in that extra workout!
Our Online Fitness membership gives you complete access to all our Fitness Classes. Our classes are live streamed and our instructor will lead you though a variety of different drill to get you pumped up!! and all this from the comfort of your own home. All you need to do is download the Free ZOOM App and log in anytime we have classes. See a list of all our Zoom Online classes below.
