[] Wee Warriors: This kid's class focuses on developing an interest in martial arts for our youngest students (aged 4-6 years). Classes are based on respect, learning and, of course, FUN! [] Kid's Martial Arts: This is a unique program and a first of it's kind in the Sudbury Area. Our kid's classes teach the kids a basis in 4 different martial arts and gears the children to the martial art which they like best. This class is perfect for the kids who want to try all martial arts. [] Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Basics: This class focuses on the basics on BJJ and is developed to teach new students all the fundamental drills of the art. [] Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Randori: This is a class that is continuous sparring. Rounds are 5 minutes long with a 45 second break. White Belts must have a minimum of one stripe prior to being eligible for attendance. [] Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Open: BJJ class open to all levels. Classes consist of warm ups, drilling, teaching techniques and sparring. [] Muay Thai: Classes consist of warm ups, pad drills, techniques, cardio sessions, sparring. [] Karate: Traditional based martial arts are taught with modern concepts. [] Competition Team Class: This class is set up as open mat format and is geared for our seriously competitive students in Muay Thai, BJJ and MMA. Eligibility for attendance is either a Blue Belt in BJJ, a Blue Pratchia in Muay Thai or by invite from Chief Instructor John Cole. Students enrolled in any upcoming competition, BJJ or Muay Thai, will be invited for tournament specific training. [] Fitness Class: This class is based on yoga type movements and stretching. |
