Paul Fournier           [ Muay Thai ]                               > COMPETITION           While very young, Paul began his martial arts training in the art of Tae Kwon           Do, which has spawned a lifelong, all-encompassing interest in martial arts in           general. During his High School years, Paul expanded on his wealthy           knowledge of the Korean art by adding competitive Wrestling.           Competing in both arts gave Paul a large amount of experience, acheiving           success in the form of a silver medal at the regional level. Looking to challenge           himself further competitively, Paul slowly shifted his focus to Muay Thai,           eventually dedicating himself to the traditional striking art of Thailand. Having           competed in Muay Thai constests at the Provincial level, while strengthening his           technique, he recently began teaching within our Muay Thai program at Sudbury           MMA.           When the opportunity to broaden his knowledge and experience arose, in the           form of training with the skilled and talented Kru Chris Kew from MAS Thai           Boxing, as well as the legendary Coban, he did not hesitate and has quickly           become a large asset to our team.
